CareVoice will help caregivers by providing an easy way to record voice reminders for medications or appointments. In addition, CareVoice allows you to send voice messages from grandchildren! This is a great way to keep in touch with your loved ones who may be living far away.

How does CareVoice help care facilities?

Keeping track of a large group of seniors can be a real challenge, especially when the facility is understaffed. And if you ask any nurse in any situation, every facility is always understaffed. Using Tempo, the staff at a facility can keep a constant eye on all of the residents, plus be able to track changes in behavior. This improves the lives of the residents, as well as the family, who don’t have to worry about something being missed.

The base technology for this product has been around for a long time. Theme parks have offered a rudimentary version of the tech for years. When you spin the device around, the LEDs on the front would light up in the right frequencies to spell out whatever you had entered. That is the same general idea here.

There are obviously a few major differences. The first is that you are not required to spin a device in your hand. Instead, the LED matrix exists on a pair of fan blades that spin on their own using a motor. The second major difference is that the LEDs are not on the tip of the fan blades, but across the entire front. This gives the device the ability to create large, uninterrupted images.

The third major difference between the KONO SHOU and the devices from theme parks and fairs is that the LEDs can change colors. In the past, they were generally only available in red. With these devices, they can change on the fly, giving the image designer a lot more flexibility in what they want to produce.

The fourth and most important difference is that it’s not just static words and phrases that can be shown across the display. Instead, you can show images and animations as well. When paired with its large size, this makes for an incredible visual – animated items literally floating in the air.

Homey connected home companion Connected homes have become a normal part of our lives, but they can be more frustrating than helpful. This is because not all of our devices work together. Unless you go out of your way, every item you add to your home uses a different app and runs on a different platform. You might get lucky and have access to them through a service like Alexa or Google Assistant, but that’s not guaranteed. Luckily, Homey is here to help literally bridge that gap.

What is Homey?

Homey is the one-stop-shop for all your smart home needs. With this system, you can control all your devices from one central place, no matter where in the world you are. Homey also allows you to automate just about anything with its powerful Flow feature. Flows are simple to create and use and allow you to automate your entire home with ease.

This is all accomplished with a small spherical device that looks like it’s on wheels (though it’s not). It features a colored LED ring around its center to indicate power and activity. How does Homey help?

You’re incapable of combining a light bulb from one company with a speaker from another into a single routine – everything has to be in one system. Take, for example, wanting to trigger a Monster Smart Illuminessence Prism to change to green and an Amazon Echo to play a particular sound every time someone subscribes to your Twitch channel. With over 750 apps available, finding the app to pair with the brand of your devices shouldn’t be a problem.
